Real Madrid has already contacted Cesc Fàbregas as new coach: ‘he has been asked about his methods’

Real Madrid is already working on planning for next season and one of the questions revolves around Santiago Bernabéu dugout. Everything suggests that Álvaro Arbeloa won’t continue as first-team coach and the white club is analyzing different alternatives to lead the new project.

In recent weeks names with great weight in the coaching market such as Jürgen Klopp, Mauricio Pochettino or Unai Emery have appeared. However, the Madrid management doesn’t want to close any doors and is still studying different profiles.

One of the names that has surprised in the last few hours is Cesc Fàbregas.

The information has been revealed by journalist Jorge Picón, who states that the current Como coach is liked inside Real Madrid.

Madrid has already made inquiries about his way of working and is following his evolution on the bench very closely. Cesc Fàbregas, who is only 38 years old, is considered one of the young coaches with the greatest potential in European soccer.

At Real Madrid they especially value his vision of the game, his ability to manage groups, and his experience at the elite level of international soccer.

A past that doesn’t close doors
The possible interest of Real Madrid in Cesc Fàbregas also draws attention because of his past. The Catalan coach was an academy player and footballer for FC Barcelona, as well as an important figure in the Spain national team during one of the most successful periods in Spanish soccer.

Despite that connection, sources close to him state that he doesn’t close the door to any sporting project and that he evaluates opportunities based on his professional growth.

For that reason, the interest from Real Madrid isn’t ruled out at all, especially if the club is looking to back a young profile with a long path ahead on the bench.

A coach in full evolution
Cesc Fàbregas has recently started his coaching career and is taking his first steps at Como, a team that competes in Serie A. His work is being followed by several European clubs that believe he can become one of the most interesting coaches of the new generation.

At Real Madrid they see him as a coach with modern ideas, personality, and a great reading of the game, qualities that could fit into a medium- and long-term project.

For now there are no advanced negotiations, but there is constant monitoring. In the offices at Bernabéu they are studying all the options and Cesc Fàbregas’s name is already on the list.

An unexpected candidate who, little by little, is starting to gain strength on Real Madrid’s radar.
